In 2024, there were 57 hotels within our targeted brands that sold between $30-70K per room. Within this pool, there were about 12 that were in markets that would have been a good fit for Slumber and Dough. With an average acquisition cost of $55K per room, PIP of $40K per room, and a stabilized value of $140K+ per room, we believe we can deliver measurable returns for our partners and the Kingdom. Once we prove the model with our first portfolio, we will develop a franchise platform to scale.
